The All Saints Foundation

Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Christian Church established a separately incorporated foundation in 2007.  The purpose of the All Saints Foundation is to provide permanent financial support for our Church's ministry programs and other special needs.  Gifts to the endowment foundation are invested pursuant to a professionally designed investment strategy that targets long-term returns, and limits distributions in any given year to no more than 5% of the value of the fund.

In other words, gifts to the Foundation are effectively perpetual, and will continue to support our church and its ministries long after the date of the original gift.

The All Saints Foundation helps to define and shape our Orthodox Christian legacy for future generations.  In a relatively short period of time, the All Saints Foundation has become a first rate, state of the art Foundation that includes the following attributes :

  • Professionally managed investment of all fund assets pursuant to investment policy that includes manage risk through diversification

  •  Seeks to achieve long term capital growth and capital preservation

  •  Annual distribution limit equal to 5% of the fund's average value over the preceding 12 quarters

  •  Separately incorporated Wyoming non-profit corporation with federal tax exempt status (contributions are tax deductible)

  •  Separately prepared and audited financial statements

The All Saints Foundation is also an excellent vehicle for the making of planned gifts that will benefit our parish for generations to come.  These gifts have many financial advantages.  Please consult a financial adviser to help you develop a plan to suit your situation.
